Customers have two options :
Opt for full refund
Return and Replacement of products.
Customer should immediately contact our Customer care center through email info@purvicollections.com or with our customer care number +91 8328 630 294 with the image of the product that are received. It should be received within 24 hours of receipt of the products. Our customer care will arrange the return pick up of the products. Once it is received at our warehouse, we will initiate replacement or refund as per your choice. The refund will take 7 working days from the date of receipt back of the damaged product and getting the bank account information of the customer.
If we do not receive the information within 24 hours of receipt of damaged/wrong products , Purvi collections will not be responsible for any refund or return.
